As we identify physicians with the skills, experience, and time available to meet your needs, we will present their CVs for your approval. You are under no obligation until you accept a physician for specific dates.
Credentialing and privileging support
We provide as much documentation as possible to assist with your own credentialing and medical staff privileging.
Malpractice insurance
VISTA Staffing Solutions provides malpractice insurance for every hour a physician works through us. Our volume and positive claims history make malpractice coverage more affordable. The policy has individual limits of $1 million per claim/$3 million annual aggregate per physician. Because it is a claims-made policy, our coverage is continually updated to reflect economic trends, changes in the market, and shifting national health policy. Our physicians are covered whenever a claim arises from work arranged by VISTA, even if they are no longer an active member of the VISTA physician group.
Licensing
VISTA coordinates and pays for all licensing activities.
Travel, housing, and transportation
VISTA has a full-service in-house travel coordinator who works directly with the physician to plan cost-effective travel. We are also happy to coordinate housing and local transportation, or you may do it if you prefer.
Payment
VISTA physicians fill out a timesheet every two weeks, which is signed off by your designee so there are no surprises.
Check-in calls
Once an assignment begins, we will check in with both you and the physician to make sure everything is going well.
Post-assignment evaluations
